This course will provide participants with a solid theoretical background in most aspects of forensic imaging. The roles of the various professionals involved will be discussed as will a variety of forensic imaging scenarios.
The organisers are delighted to announce that Professor Gil Brogdon, the Emeritus Professor of Radiology at the University of Southern Alabama and one of the foremost experts in forensic radiology for several decades, will be the keynote speaker on this course.
A range of practical skills will also be established including:
- Statement / report writing
- Witness box skills
- Full body radiographic survey
- Forensic dental radiography
- Forensic fluoroscopic survey
- Anthropological approaches to identifying skeletal remains
