An exciting opportunity for IAFR members to win up to £1,000 funding to attend the 2010 American Academy of Forensic Sciences annual conference, Seattle, USA
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Produce a case study relating to current forensic radiography practice in your area of work
Closing date for submissions: Friday 31st July 2009
Competition winner will be announced at the IAFR annual >conference in September 2009
COMPETITION RULES>
Open to all IAFR members (excluding the committee)
Case study of no more than 1000 words.
Only original, unpublished work will be accepted
Any images used must be fully anonymised and comply fully with copyright and current Data Protection legislation

Entries will be judged by a panel chosen by the IAFR committee
Entries should:
Demonstrate a critical understanding of best forensic radiography practice with reference to IAFR/SCOR 2008 guidelines
Integrate and synthesise relevant sources
Demonstrate an ability to present information in a structured and coherent manner
The decision of the panel will be final
The prize, of up to £1000, will contribute towards costs incurred in attending the American Academy of Forensic Sciences annual conference in Seattle 2010
This prize is non transferable and no alternative cash prize will be available
The winner will be required to produce a report on their attendance at AAFS in conjunction with the IAFR representative.
IAFR reserve the right to publish material submitted as part of this competition
