Booking Conditions

AFR study days and training events will be open to any person with a legitimate professional interest in forensic radiography

Registration and Payment

• Priority registration will be given to AFR members.
• A 10% discount on fees will be given to all paid up members of the AFR.
• Full payment (cheque or postal order, in pounds sterling, made payable to “The Association of Forensic Radiographers”) must be received together with the registration form by the advertised registration deadline date. NB: There is no facility for accepting credit or debit card payments or for invoicing employers.
• Confirmation of registration will be issued on receipt of a completed registration form and full payment.

Cancellation of booking

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a refund minus an administration charge.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will receive no refund.
• A full refund will be given if the delegate is unable to attend due to authorised AFR business.
• Substitution of delegates will not be permitted.
• If a cancellation is received, the next delegate on the waitlist will be offered a place.

Cancellation of Event

• AFR reserves the right to cancel events that are undersubscribed.
• Delegates will receive a full refund or transfer to another event.
• In the event of cancellation, AFR will not accept any responsibility for booked travel or accommodation.

Certificates of Attendance

• Certificates of attendance will only be issued to delegates who have completed the entire course.
